Sable Alley overlooks a beautiful lagoon connected to the Khwai River within the Khwai Private Reserve. The Camp borders Botswana's Moremi Game Reserve to the south and Chobe National Park to the east. The camp is surrounded by a lily-covered waterway which is the home to a large number of resident hippo. Guests can also enjoy regular visits from elephant coming to cool off during the day.
There are 12 tented chalets at Sable Alley all raised on stilts with their own private deck. The ensuite bathrooms consist of twin basins, separate toilet and shower cubicles and outdoor shower.
In the center of the camp is a thatched main area raised on a wooden deck where there is a seating area and separate dining area. Guests can also relax around the firepit in the evenings to discuss the day’s events whilst enjoying pre dinner drinks. One can also cool off in the plunge pool on a hot day.
Activities at Sable Alley include day and night game drives and seasonal mokoro excursions. On request, they can also offer a full day game drive which allows you to travel further afield to different areas.
